By accessing and using the services provided by KhlebClean ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
KhlebClean provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties throughout Canada. Our services include, but are not limited to, regular maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and office cleaning.
You may schedule cleaning services through our website, by phone, or by email. All appointments are subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.
You are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access your property due to reasons outside our control, it will be treated as a no-show.
Our service prices are based on the size of the property, type of cleaning, and specific requirements. We provide detailed quotes before scheduling any service. Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you of any changes before your scheduled service.
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, and cash. For recurring services, we may require a credit card on file for automatic billing.
Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional cost.

Prior to service, you should secure any valuables and fragile items. While we exercise extreme care, we cannot be responsible for damage due to improper installation, prior damage, or deterioration of items.
In the rare event that damage occurs due to our negligence, please report it within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims promptly and fairly.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
